Is Pawly free?
Yes. A free account includes a pet profile, health records, reminders, daily care tasks, booking with vets, groomers, trainers and boarding, the marketplace, The Pack community, lost-pet alerts and achievements. Pawly Plus adds unlimited pets, unlimited AI messages, the Pet Passport, nutrition analysis and more, with a 7-day free trial.
Do I need the app, or can I use the website?
Both, with one account. On the website you can create your account, browse providers and products, and read and join The Pack. Pet profiles, reminders, bookings, orders and the AI assistant live in the Pawly app, which is free on Google Play for Android. An iPhone app is coming later.
Are the providers verified?
Every business goes through document verification before it appears publicly. Only verified, active providers are listed on the site and in the app.
What is The Pack?
Pawly's pet community. Share photos of your pets, follow other pet parents, comment and reply, browse hashtags and join the daily theme. The official @pawly account posts tips and updates. You can read and post in the app or on the website.
How do I pay for an order?
Directly with the seller: on pickup, on delivery, or by bank transfer using the details shown inside your order. If something goes wrong you can open a dispute from the order and Pawly support reviews it with both parties.
Who can see my pet's health records?
Only you and the people you explicitly share with: family members, sitters, or a vet after a completed visit. Pawly never sells or shares pet data with advertisers.
